A few useful answers.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders within our supported U.S. delivery area.
When can I expect my order?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days from the start of the handling window. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
What is the order cutoff?
The cutoff is 7:00 PM CST (UTC−06:00, year-round). On business days, orders before the cutoff start their handling window that day; later orders start the next business day. Weekend and U.S. federal holiday orders start the next business day.
Can I return a scarf?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@adaire.us with your order number and reason. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Get authorization before sending a return.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items, or defective items. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
After the returned item has been received, inspected, and the refund approved, the funds will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@adaire.us with your order number and details of the issue. We cover the return shipping for company errors, damage, or defects. The ordinary unused and original-packaging return requirements do not prevent these claims.
What sizes and materials do you offer?
Each product page lists its exact material and dimensions in centimeters and inches. The collection includes 70 × 70 cm silk squares, 60 × 180 cm wool-blend wraps, and 45 × 170 cm cotton-silk scarves.
How should I care for my scarf?
Read the instructions on your product page. Silk squares and wool-blend wraps are recommended for professional dry cleaning. Cotton-silk scarves may be gently hand washed in cold water, reshaped, and dried flat in the shade.
How do I get help with payment or an order?
Contact support@adaire.us with your question and, if available, your order number. Do not include full card numbers or security codes in your message.
